We had to have 4-5 people hold Gareth down in his early yrs, too, but these days I hear " By myself, Mom. " He holds his arm out and watches the blood go through the tubes. For him, it was meds (Risperdal/Pozac) that calmed him down enough to realize he wasn't going to die giving blood. Take care, Everyone.
