Guest guest
I don't know the law now - Elie has been out of school over 2 years and that is one of the things I very happily jettsoned when he left school - my marked up IDEA alongside of the state regts. I would go to the state site for regulations of IDEA and see if you can find it there. I klnow that compensatory time for missed therapy is in IDEA - but where I no longer have a clue. Hope someone current with regs will tell you. Waht state are you in??
