Guest guest
" Intentional Community is an inclusive term for ecovillages, cohousing communities, residential land trusts, communes, student co-ops, urban housing cooperatives, intentional living, alternative communities, cooperative living, and other projects where people strive together with a common vision. " The above is from the intentional communities link I provided in another thread. Perhaps you could email this NICHE to get more details? If they are (as stated on their website) using principals of HUD, then perhaps they think outside the box enough to assist in some way re buying your child a house. I agree that their website is very vague. From the " tone " I was assuming that NICHE was in the planning stages or just starting out with room for growth. They definately need to put more info up. I tend to get very happy/excited whenever there is a vision trying to be born or expanded. Brings me hope for this world & it's beings. Still say, luck you. To be near vision & dreams. Peace. Kris > > Maybe lucky or maybe slow. It's been around for a while (maybe 4 years) and is vague. They haven't communicated thei idea as effectively as you just did. I thought is was a way to buy my son a home anywhere not just in a planned community. Although a planed community would be nice with how much the mass trasit sucks in VA. > > > http://thekitchenexperiments.blogspot.com/ > >
