Guest guest Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 Hi,when I was inquiring about prologuo2go/et al, someone posted a link to youtube vid of their child using a DS with an app. Unfortunately I could not access the sound as my computer sound stopped working. Sigh, right in the middle of my research before AT meeting... Fixed now & would like to see/HEAR demo..Please repost link Also, who else uses the Nintendo DSi? I have been pondering getting DJ the newest one that has an extra large screen & is the " i " version. If this thing can do AT apps, this would be great plus. My questions are: Is it hard for our kiddos to manipulate? Sound quality? Earphone accessible? Durable? Any bugs? It is very very difficult for me to come up with gifts for Christmas or birthdays for DJ. I know his gamecube is no longer made, games are hard to find & any day the thing is bound to just croak. So I am pondering if the DSi would be a good replacement & gift for Christmas? Forgive my ignorance. Although I love technology, I am not a gamer & just have not kept up with these devices.
