Oh KRis - I hope you still have insurance coverage for everything! What a

horrible way to start the w/e! No bradford - but do not replace with

Pauwlonia trees - event though they really do grow feet overnite for great

ugly shade. . They also invade anything within many many feet and produce

flocks of YOUNGUN one is constantly mowing. Even cut down, these things

keep growing!!!!
