Guest guest
<<Aubrey had two ear surgeries three months apart. It is interesting because she reacted much differently to the same drug they used to put her asleep both times. She was very nauseated post second ear surgery and threw up for almost half a day, but she handled THAT like a trooper.>> Hi, Everyone....Desi.....sometimes after ear surgery (not tubes) one can get horrible vertigo until the ear fluid returns to normal. My brother threw up for 2 days because the room wouldn't stop spinning. MB....we have always been with Gareth right up till they roll him away for surgery and have been in the recovery room when he comes to. I always let them know that his speech is limited and I need to be there. It has never been an issue. As for wisdom teeth, I had 2 impacted teeth pulled when I was 19 y/o. Like Sherry, I ended up with dry sockets that were very painful. To this day, I can't stand the smell of cloves because that is what they packed the sockets with!!! Keep close tabs on him. Take care, Everyone. Margaret
