Kris, the little ones are tough. I'll take the coasters to the kids anyday. I

have to admit that I am not the best grandmother. I only take two at a time. I

have six, 17,14, 10,7, 7 and 5.

those of you that have more than 1 child. Seriously. I do not know how you do

it!

Today, eldest adult son decided to visit with the 3 grands. My bright idea was

to go to new city park & let all 4 kiddos run amok in the lovely day. Then, come

home for teddy bear picnic lunch & maybe naps or quiet activites because they

would be soooooo exhausted.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I am here to bear witness that my 2 year old grandson is the cartoon character

" TAZ " reincarnate.

Fabulous playground with all sorts of climby things, bouncey things, hanging

things, etc...The child never stopped. Until he was strapped into his car seat

hours later to go to his home.

Between the 4 kiddos (and I had both adult sons to help)I feel like I have

whiplash from just trying to keep eyes on bodies....

Invariably all 4 would call my name-from diff. directions...all day long.

I feel like I have just finished a triathelon...and no longer have any brain

cells left.

I dearly adore them all & am not complaining-just commenting.

I cannot begin to imagine trying to go to store with just the 2 year old &

DJ....

I caught just a wee taste of what ya'll experience daily.

SALUTE!

And may the force be with you, ALWAYS.

Kris the gobsmacked weary elder....
