Hi Mel. You can respond to a digest, but please don't just hit the

reply button or the entire digest also attaches to your post. If

you're responding to a post in a digest, you can highlight the part

you're responding to and then hit reply. Only the part you're

responding to will be included. Many people just do a new email to

avoid the entire digest being included. You can do whatever is easier

for you.

I hope you feel better and find out what is going on.
