We were all set to go home today, but the baby woke up with a rash all over. A few hours later his fever was up over 102, we knew at that point we wouldn't be going home. His blood culture came back as staph positive... we are waiting for further results to see if it was possibly a skin contaminate or if he really does have a staph infection.
