thanks Joyce, I guess nine years is a long time. Well I just have to this and

get off of it. Wish I had known more when I started it, don't think I would

have gone on

it.

Hi

I made the same mistake myself. You cant blame yourself for it. I am sure in

time you will eventually be down to very little doses of the prednisone. You

just hang on in there.

Hi

I made the same mistake myself. You cant blame yourself for it. I am sure in

time you will eventually be down to very little doses of the prednisone. You

just hang on in there.

I went to the sites sent and they are interesting. I will have to be more

careful than I thought. However, it did explain a lot of what I have been

feeling. I think I will

go a little slower than I originally planned. Plus I will called the Rheumy on

Monday and just let him know what I am doing.

I think its best to to do it very slow I know it will take longer but it will

be worth it
