Maclaren Major Special Needs Stroller

Hi All,

I saw a few people mention this stroller and I have some questions. I

think it is finally time to get Quinn a special needs stroller if I can

manage to convince the insurance to help pay for it. He is the size of

an average 6 year old and had very long legs. The problem with regular

strollers is that he feet hit the ground and he refuses to keep them on

the footrest. He is getting too heavy for those strollers anyway since

he is already 50 lbs!!! Is the Maclaren really tall? Are we going to

have this same issue when he gets taller? I know it holds a lot more

weight than a regular stroller but I can't tell from the pictures if it

is much taller.

Besides that, do you like it? Is it easy to push, collapse etc? And

has yours held up well over the years?
