I personally LOVE the Chocolate smoothies from TUMS which is 750 mg. There

is very little magnisium so it won't cause diarrhea.

These can be taken every day safely?

The dosage says 2-4 tablets per day or as directed by physician. They also

have fruit flavored smoothies but I prefer the Cocoa and creme. Hard to

find but worth it.

tums have alumiuim in it, so i would NEVER recommend

that for an autistic kid since a lot of kids with Autism have metal issues

already.Dr. recommended Vitamin D-3 2500 I.U. You get calcium plus helps to

regulate blood sugar. My dad is a diabetic and The Diabetes Center that I send

him to also recommended D-3 for him. He takes diabetic meds also. Always check

with a Dr. or pharmacist before starting any new supplements especially if you

are taking other meds or supplements to make sure they are ok to take together.

How much he should take will depend on his age and weight. Cyndi B

cereal, a cup of yogurt and juice that is fortified with calcium. We just want

to make sure he is getting enough at the end of the day.

, I buy sometimes from our local compounding Pharmacy and sometimes I get

Country Life at whole foods. Country Life has no

yeast,corn,wheat,soy,gluten,milk,salt,sugar,starch or artificial color or

preservatives. These are very small and in a gel form. I don't think you could

crush them. Put you could probably poke a hole in it and hide in the cereal. You

could go to their website and contact them and ask for sure.

Sorry I could not be more helpful. Cyndi B

nothing bad or lethal. in fact the only ingredient that I questioned was

microcrystalline cellulose and it is in most baby formulas.

Sorbitol is very bad. Many companys use this to make the capsules. Sorbitol is

also used to in ingredients to help you have a bowl movement. Can cause severe

stomach cramping. Look up sorbitol on the internet you will see what I mean.

cannot have milk. It used to say that it contained aluminum as an inactive

ingredient. Now it does not say that but what it does say it does not contain

aluminum as an active ingredient. I know it does contain lead. Here is the link

about Tums from the Tums maker. Cyndi B

Cyndi: You and I will have to disagree about the AMOUNT of evil in certain

things. Sorbital is NOT very bad. Sorbital in under 10 gms is harmless to

most people. People drinking/eating quarts of diet foods might have an

issue. Check with your own physician on what your limits need to be. tums

has under 2 gms of Sorbital.

Aluminum is not an active ingredient and is not listed as an inactive

ingredient.

R 2 gms of sugars which would include sorbital. not enough to affect the

bowels of MOST people.

Magnesium is also used as a laxative. But not in the amounts found in

TUMS. ROLAIDS are usually the antacid people talk about having too much

magnesium.

Everything in this world has some lead. The question is if there is enough

total lead in what goes in our inhalation or into our eating to cause

problems. Walking by a road is dangerous because of lead contamination.

How many people stay off parking lots??
