Guest guest
Yes, Doctor Data did not find any yeast or parasites in my sons stool. However my son has taken hundreds of antibiotics in his lifetime and his DAN doc said the the test can sometimes still not pick up yeast. You can always treat for yeast/fungus and see if your child responds without testing. Cyndi B > > > When I spoke with Kent MacLeod a few weeks ago, he said that it looks like Whitney has fungus/yeast in her system and has recommended HMF (by Genestra) daily for her to get rid of it. He also said if we want to determine the exact fungus/yeast we could do a " Doctor's Data Stool Testing/Parasitology " . This is a fairly expensive test which I don't think our provincial medical plan will pay for ($476.86 Cdn.). Has anyone done this testing and how did you make out with it ? Here is the link and looks like they are in Illinois > http://www.doctorsdata.com/test_info.asp?id=25 > > Thank you. > lie > the BC Down Syndrome Centre, " Wonderfully Made " > www.bcdsc.org email: rosalie@... > > > > > > > >
