Hi Yas:

I am lucky and don't have any rheumatoid nodules, so

can't answer that one for you. Yes, Prednisone is the

drug we love and hate. For me, it makes me very

serious and also very wired feeling. I am also hungry

all the time - not something good when you are

overweight anyway lol. My mind races so that I would

take the Prednisone in the morning - otherwise it will

really mess with your sleep. It is a wonderful drug,

though, as far as inflammation and pain are concerned

- you will feel the difference very quickly - but make

sure that when you go off of it that you taper down

slowly, otherwise you will flare up again. At least

your doctor seems to be understanding and is willing

to treat your pain seriously.
