Since he drinks the water, I would not use any bleach. the epsom salt would be

better to take internally if he is going to and when my son is in epsom salt, i

just sit there and keep him busy and never give him a dish to pour water on his

head or he might drink it too. I have even taken a drink to the bath with us

and just give him drinks from it and keep reminding him not to drink the bath

water. My son reacts bad to bleach.....it is worse on his skin than epsom salt.

And the epsom salt will draw the boil out.....it works great.

Well thank you anyway. I might try the clorox if there is a next time because he

does sometimes lay down and get water in his mouth. And thanks to everyone who

suggested epsom salt. I was amazed at some of the things you can use it for when

I researched it.

Epsom Salts act as an agent to 1. help the boil come to a head but it also

helps keep the water warm. issue with Epsom Salts is if the kids like to

drink the water, they will get the runs from it! Glad the area is better.

Epsom Salts didn't come from me, altho it is a good plan. I suggested

Clorox - which is what I usually use.
