Guest guest
Hi Janine: I belong to Curves - my doctor recommended it. It is generally easy for me, sometimes I skip a machine that causes pain or take it easy on the walking platforms. You can do the machines fast or slow, according to what you can do. It only takes 30 minutes, but does stretch my muscles and joints and I feel it does help keep me more mobile.
