What a Blessing & to watch the smiles, this says it all. Mr. Hartman made a point of one of the support groups I lead for our families to bring their children/adult w/autism & intellectual & developmental disAbilities to be the first to try out the rides then open to all other organizations which was very thoughtful before the Grand Opening on April 10, 2010. The input shared here was such a heartwarming welcome that it was all worth it! Have been out on several occasions & even I give back in return by volunteering when I can as it brings such joy to observe the families having a place to go & not judged as their kids/adults will have a place to have some fun as Mr. Hartman always manages to invite many to any event, inclusion. You will run into several employees w/disabilities as well which is nice. What more can I say...highly recommend it. It is free for any individual under any disAbilities, $5.00 for the family & any extended it will be $15.00, parking is free. Due to many under the strict diet, food & fluids is welcome. There are a few gift shops. Just make sure to call or RSVP online as it can be a full day or if mother nature intrudes which of course not preventable.
