Guest guest Posted September 8, 2005 Report Share Posted September 8, 2005 Just when you start having a nice day...your feeling a little better, the kids are behaving (a little), you have a nice afternoon planned..... something has to come along and just mess it up for you. I just got a call from my internist and he told me one of my samples I sent in for occult blood is positive. I'm afraid to ask whats next anymore, cuz I usually find out.LOL! My blood work last week showed I was anemic and this is why he did the occult tests, but I honestly thought it was going to come back negative. Boy was I surprised. The only problem I have been having is alot of acid reflux lately. So I am hoping this is where the blood is coming from. I don t want to think of the alternative. Now I have to go and see a GI specialist. Can't get into see him until November 8. I am so tired of going from one specialist to another. I wish there was only one doctor that could take care of everything. Like in the good ol days. And when you could pay them with chickens. LOL! Well thats my daily update. I hope tomorrows update is that I won the lottery and I will be sending my emails to my groups from Cancun, while sitting on the beach with my cabana boy fanning me and rubbing me with suntan oil, and refilling my pina colada.
