One thing that has been incredibly effective for me is a tea i buy at  an an

Indian food store.  I had pneumonia and bronchitis as a chronic condition and

the store keeper heard me and told me to take this.  Antibiotics hadn't worked

but this stuff did.  Totally cleared up my lungs and chest.  It is a common 

tried and true remedy in India.

  It is called. Taj brand Dushanda packed by kanshi ram sohan lal. 

  I know this is obscure but if you can track down an Indian food store they may
