They button or zip up the back so they can not get into their pants, you know what I mean. Anyway I forgot the name of the company but there was one that makes them in her home so you might could get them to make the size you need. They ship them to you within a few days. My Grandmother is only about 77lbs and I think we bought the small or extra small? Try going to these Altheimers clothes sites though and I bet you will find something.
