Louise Vess have been such a great support my way when I really begin to sink

more in tune here with such learning. As a matter they are still part of my

contact on FB too, but since too many fans such as a demand here. Well, we stay

in touch pretty limited nowadays since I am just on the next level.

When making food choices, it’s better to read the ingredient list and use your

common sense than to trust food industry rhetoric telling you what you should

eat and what is a “smart choice.â€

I am now surprised to catch my husband reading labels, he is still in the

beginners stage but I was so impressed observing this. I did not even push him

here, all on his own. This is actually a huge support.
