Guest guest
Ok, well. We lost power at about 10:50 am-just as I sprinkled the entire house with Carpet Fresh to vacuum. Needless to say, when we got home at 3:50 it smelled quite nice! (Oh, by the the power finally was back on.) Anyway, saw the pulmonologist to go over Tori's sleep study...and guess what?!!! She STILL has Obstructed Sleep Apnea. Anyway, the Doc was GREAT and spent almost an hour with us. We walked out with 7 perscriptions. 2 for addititional meds and 5 for tests he want done. Seems that between her thyroid issue and that her adenoids are still there, he is quite concerned. She is to have an Echocardiagram to evaluate her heart pressure to r/o Pulmonary Hypertension. She also has to have a magnified lateral view of her neck to evaluate adnenoidal hypertrophy and potential airway compression. A 12-lead ECG to r/o pulmonary hypertension, and a chest radiograph. He also put her on Claritan daily, Singulair and Flonase..to try to reduce any swelling in the sinuses, airway, etc. Sorry, everyone. I just had to let it all out so I can absorb it all.
