Guest guest
For those of you who were wanting to get an update on the appointment we had yesterday: Most important task right now is to heal leaky gut and high yeast overgrowth! Re: the diet Keep out #4's - egg whites, cow's milk, wheat, and oats (Since 's wheat allergen was high there was no need to test specifically for gluten - it's assumed she's intolerant to all) Rotate #3's - soybean, almond, beef, chicken, banana (She can have these for two days in a row and then take out for 5 days) #1's & #'2's - potato, corn, peanut (Just don't give every day) Is allowing her to cheat once every three weeks on #4's (halleluia!) Allergy drops can be considered, but costly ($60/month average), and would need to be used for approx. 3 years. Wants to see her in 6 months to retest. I appreciate any thoughts/comments anyone might have. Heidi -- Wisconsin, USA (Mom to 8 w/ DS, ASD, epilepsy; Clara 3) No two flowers bloom in exactly the same way, but all are beautiful !
