Ours is an EXCALIBUR. IT is square and we got the 5 tray one. I would LOVE

to have found one that rotates shelfs. But this one I have to keep changing

the shelves around as it is drying. Partially my problem because I never

get uniform slices. We have dehydrated tomatoes - great for winter sauces,

pineapple when it is on sale - YUMMY, squashes - OK. Green beans AWFUL,

Apples are great. So are blueberries. Strawberries - YUCK unless you want

jam. Potatoes - not worth the effort. Peaches are great. Will try pears

if they ever get to be a decent price.

Sp far that is it. I have directions for fruit rolls, but I probably wont

make them - bad for the teeth.

The next County over from us - GILMER COUNTY< GA is full of apple orchards

and great orchard stores with freshh, dried, fried, bakaed, apple things.

We buy a bushel at a time and dry away. Or make sauce.
