Irama, I wish I was not snowed in. This sounds like something I would like to

serve for dinner today. Thanks for the great recipe. Cyndi b

Oops, meant to send this your way privately.

Such a goof ball I am, just replying & catching up with emails. Multi-task

here & of course goof. ; )

I am having some more today, mmm mmm good. Hope you get to try some WHEN you

can.

My son posted pictures on FB of the GF/CF/Corn-free & soy-free tacos.

Currently though has to have turkey, not chicken.

's teacher & aide have mentioned my way, how they can not believe that

some of the food I send can taste so good. Take this as a compliment, thumbs

up.

Me a cook, who would of thought but unfortunately this is where I am at

myself.

Oh, this week as well look forward to meeting a new future doc in my book

who will be discussing about Alternative Medicine 101, something like this.

I am also sore due to beginning this past weekend joining a Fitness Boot

Camp, gosh I so missed this but of course since I neglected myself feeling

the pain but of course no gains.

This evening 's turn for some Health & Fitness Activities. Then

hopefully some massages soon. Um, ASAP! : )

Stay safe & warm.

Good for you Irma on the working out. I need to get back in the swing of things.

MY daughter graduates from high school this year and I want to look the best I

can in the pictures with her. My husband and I went on a diet last year and we

both lost over 35 lbs. Unfortunately as soon as school started back, along came

stress, and then along came eating, eating, eating, and I gained my weight back.

Oh how I hate myself. I want to be a person that can't eat when stressed. I

prayed once for anorexia just long enough for me to get back to 121 lbs. No way

it did not happen. I am have been trying to walk in the mall but I keep getting

snowed in. gets plenty of exercising he is always dancing or rocking. He

has firm abs unlike mom who is flab ab. Cyndi B

Heidi,

I do, I use Olive oil but not for frying & not on the High-hot setting.

Forgot what Rita the owner had mentioned in regards to the difference of

Olive Oil & the heating process, but this is exactly what she uses as well.

thermometer. Then it plummeted to 30 degrees! But no snow expected this

week.
