Guest guest
Sara, those endamame beans were such a delicious treat for me when I had discovered it at a health cafe type serving them, until I learn about them & it sure stopped lots of other symptoms I had experienced. So, of course was wondering about & sure enough our lab results were sky high on soybeans. I figure we were ok, to reintroduce them but then once again the lab results return reactively high & this is came from the Immunologist/allergist who is not into the biomedical approach. Guest guest
There aer really some foods that each of us need to be aware of eating. I had MSSG in my lunch from a chinese restaurant. Now I have dry mouth and a head ache - need to determine if the pain is worth the great taste!!! > > > Sara, those endamame beans were such a delicious treat for me when I had > discovered it at a health cafe type serving them, until I learn about them > & > it sure stopped lots of other symptoms I had experienced.
