Sara, those endamame beans were such a delicious treat for me when I had

discovered it at a health cafe type serving them, until I learn about them &

it sure stopped lots of other symptoms I had experienced. So, of course was

wondering about & sure enough our lab results were sky high on

soybeans.

I figure we were ok, to reintroduce them but then once again the lab results

return reactively high & this is came from the Immunologist/allergist who is

not into the biomedical approach.

There aer really some foods that each of us need to be aware of eating. I

had MSSG in my lunch from a chinese restaurant. Now I have dry mouth and a

head ache - need to determine if the pain is worth the great taste!!!
