Hedi, having your 3 y/o under the same diet will help decrease some of the

hyperactivity issues. This was my grandson too.

Since my experience w/my son was the opposite, us too, we were unable

to do much when out in the community, but we have graduated here. This was

one of those hurdles accomplished in our book.

I thought I was done w/such challenges, then I had to take care of 3 of my

Great-nieces (2,6, & 7y/o) & my (2 1/2 y/o)grandson when they were all young

& speak about applying the diet, SPD & ABA. Thank goodness for my friends

who specialize also within these interventions who allowed me to bring them

along when was undergoing such sessions at the time. Speak about

inclusion here which was great.

When out & about, I realized was proud of myself for what I applied, as I

received numerous compliments how I was with all 5 kids & they were all just

beautiful well-behaved out in public. I did not noticed this, until it was

pointed out.

We are talking about analyzing such ADHD traits here, none of them ended up

getting a label as they just did great w/such keeping this consistent with

sensory & motor activities, their diets & fluid intake, etc.

My Great-nieces were then very well-behaved that their grandma (my sis) took

them in under my condition of making sure to following through where needed.

So, I still check up on them when I can & they are all doing wonderful, now

it is the normal girl stuff. Speak about all 3 becoming cheerleaders, making

it for those titles of Princess or Homecoming queen, etc. Just to know,

nobody wanted to deal w/them but of course even w/my , took them in &

shape them where needed. Yes, they still get spoiled by me when I see them.

Here is to your little girls.
