Well, so far so good! had her first, complete gluten-free

dairy-free diet this morning! And... she liked everything!

Ener-G white rice bread toasted with grape jelly (although I should

probably find something healthier than Welch's I suppose) - and she ate almost 2

slices!

Living Harvest Hemp Milk Tempt-Vanilla (she hasn't had milk in over a week

and she kind of looked like wow, finally some milk!)

Pear baby food for her meds/supplements

Last night for dessert we tried Kinnikinnick Kinni-Kritters Animal Crackers

and actually we all thought they were good - even my 3 year old!

One step at a time, one day at a time...

Heidi -- Wisconsin, USA

(Mom to almost 8 w/ DS, ASD, epilepsy; and Clara 3)

No two flowers bloom in exactly the same way, but all are beautiful !

All good Heidi, you got that right take it one day at a time and this test

was approved by .

On the grape jelly, just make sure no corn starch or high-fructose, then

you're set, if none of the ingredients are in this jelly, all is fine. When

running across recipes that mentioned corn starch, replace w/potato starch.

Red Mill sure has lots of good flour blends.

I mention this as I know your daughter's doctor is treating the inflammation

issues & this helps right along such a mission here.

Yes!
