Full body suit for high temperature

Dear all,

In one of our plant we are using furnace for melting a metal.The

temperature of furnace is around 1500 and the furnace is an open

therefore surrounding temperature is around 800. In this area 1 or 2

person are working around 3-4 hrs. Please suggest me full body

protection for this person and also any other safety precaution we

have to take.
