ppe for broken glass handeling..

dear all,some of our workmen are engaged in glass bottle handeling. many times they have to remove broken glass bottles from the workplace where injuries are taking place. at present we are using cotton gloves but it is not ensuring 100 % elimination of palm/fingure cuts.Does any one have have similar task at their location..?suggest some PPEs which ensure 100% enjury elmination but at the same time efficiency of workmen shall not decrease..ie proper gripping should be possible.regards,pravin shinde9326892003 Mr. Pravin L.
