Guest guest
Dear All, If any company is having / using a standard list checks / medical requirements for pre employment medical examination for various groups of employees such as operators, supervisors, Managers, people who are required to do only office work etc.? Can anyone confirm if colour blindness test is required for all employees. For example, if a person is selected for the Marketing Department, is it necessary that the person should not be colour blind? Or is it sufficient if it made mandatory only for employees who are associated with shopfloor activities or activities which are associated with colour identification? In our company we are thinking of standardizing the pre employment medical examination procedure for various groups of employees. If some of you can share your ideas or your experience on this issue, it will be very helpful. With regards K.
