I would like to add my following opinion on the subject, Procedures for controlling Vibrations Delay detonators shall be used as u mentioned Delay cords shall be used. Semmic analysis shall be done to analyse the vibrations. Procedures for controlling evolution of dust For every Wagon Rock Drillers dust arrestor will be an inbuilt attachement. Due to the operators negligence these are being discarded. Hope I am right and would like to know more about the same.
