Dear All,

We would like to take tapping of Ethylene gas pipe line for manufacturing of new product. This pipeline is passing near by our factory area.(@ 5 Km).

Can anybody help us regarding legal issue ?? How much legal permission should we take from govt. authority. what kind of rules & regulation is applicable in Gujarat state / Central Rules ? Environment clearances / Petrolium acts / Exposive acts & rules ... etc...

Can anybody have experience in this kind of area !! please reply us.
