Dear Safety Professionals ,

Let us pray what ever the mighty power in which we believe to keep the

whole world safe, peaceful, happy & prosperous.

Also to allour " Safety Professionals " to give more,

Strength

Confidence &

Determination to

Contribute many more good things for the sake of Safety.

My humble request all of you to consider Year 2007 as the year of Safety.

Under this banner we should prepare an action plan as below.

To request our Honorable President of India DR A.P. J. Abdul Kalam to

declare Year 2007 as the year of " SAFETY " .

To recommend 10th Planning commission to constitute a committee under

Chapter " Disaster Management " in central government/State Govts to look

into the aspect of constituting " Central Safety Ministry " for SAFETY.

This will contribute to Safety of the whole country in all aspects of

safety .

We safety professionals should educate all concerned regarding this issue

,such as Statutory Authorities, organisations , employers , employees

,NGO's ,workmen unions to support us in this regard to achieve absolute

Safety in industrial, domestic, construction or road /railway safety and to

name a few.

Hope that I have initiated for a good cause and every one concerned with

Safety will appreciate the safety importance and propagate this campaigning

and see that it is achieved with a target date of March 4th 2007 , as it is

a National safety day.
