Guest guest Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 I just remembered that with a baby/infant- it is 2 finger compressions lined up and centered between the nipples, pressing gently down approx. one third of the depth of the chest/body- does that make sense? We took a course... If the airway is not blocked, it is really the chest compressions that count- people afraid to put their mouth on stranger have proved this. On a small body with the big Mehta cut out in front, you just have to use 2 fingers to do the chest compressions. Google SAVE A LITTLE LIFE and you can order a video.
