Group: I posted this question to Dr. Capone and here is his response...

Have you heard this statement to be true?

" for a DS adult's body, you must remember to add 20 yrs to the age and think

of illnesses that go according to that age. "

From Dr. Capone: " I think thats a pretty good generalization that parents

can use to understand ageing in DS. There are exceptions to this ageing

effect (less coronary artery disease and hypertension) "
