Guest guest Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 Good morning, most esteemed colleagues, I do good mornings because I feel they are an essential core strengthening exercise. My view is that if I do squats and deadlifts, I probably also should do good mornings, especially since I don't have access to a reverse hyper machine. That said, I HATE good mornings. That's why I'm posting. I'm hoping some of my dear friends in the Supertraining group are going to say, " Naaahhh, Tony. You don't need to do good mornings! You can get the same thing doing Romanian deadlifts or ( or © or even (D). " So, whaddaya say, guys? How about a little support here? -- J.
