Guest guest
It varies a lot from authority to authority in the UK. I do not think it has much to do with ABA either. In Plymouth where we used to live they fought us and used every trick in the book not to help us or fund us. (We used to do ABA but then discovered RDI which is cheaper and better in my opinion). Then we moved to Swansea and they happily part-fund (to the equivalent of the cost of having a child at school) Sonrise, Growing Minds, VB and RDI to my knowledge. In other words there is no legislation and it depends on the attitudes of the local authority.
