Guest guest
I took melatonin for jet lag twice and had the most vivid nightmares all in bright colour and I haven't taken it since, but my husband takes it every night so that he can sleep better. We're considering it for our son (5), but lately we've had a bit hotter weather and this seems to mellow him out and help him sleep better. Have you tried turning up the heat in his room? Has this worked for anyone else? Sleep Issue > > Hi Everyone, > I was wondering if any of you have had this problem with your > kids. Guest guest
We use slow release melatonin. Question does your child taken any meds for behaviors? Here is a link of Melatonin Drug Interactions.
