We're unable to do this recipe but thought I share for those only doing

Gluten-Free only Macaroni & Cheese. Which I received this morning.

Re:

A delicious baked version of Macaroni and Cheese.

Ingredients:

2 cups raw gluten-free macaroni (penne)

4 cups milk

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

4 tablespoons cream cheese - cut into small cubes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a 3 quart casserole dish layer the ingredients above in the order that they

are listed and don't stir. Bake until macaroni reaches desired tenderness

(approx. 45-60min).

Don't over bake.

Irma, I do a similar recipe for that is not only gluten but casein free.

Instead of milk use rice milk, In place of cheese use Rice cheese,no cream

cheese. Boil Tinkyada Pasta Joy elbow macaroni noodles for 15 minutes. In a

separate sauce pan pour rice milk in pan and melt rice cheese. Then put in

casserole dish cook at 350 same as below 30-45 minutes. I like 's slightly

brown on top. Cyndi B

Cyndi, thank you for sharing this, favor please, could you share which brand of

Rice milk you use and maybe the ingredients. can not do any casein or

soy. I use to buy a certain brand and then found out it had casein.

We like Tinkyada pasta. I like the brown on top too. Yummy, can relate with

here.

Irma,Pacific I believe is a safe brand but rice milk really lacks in nutrition.

Some gf/cf experts recommend almound or hemp milk. takes so many

supplements I do not worry about that.Cyndi B
