Hello,

Target has always embraced and supported diversity, celebrating the beauty

in all differences. We strive through our brand to represent people of every

unique constitution. This is why we are so impassioned about increasing the

representation of individuals living with special needs in our advertising.

To achieve this, we will be holding a casting for special needs individuals,

ages 6 to 26 years in New York City, June 19th. Our hope is to partner with

your organization to reach out to families you feel may be interested in

participating.

To ensure the best possible experience, we have created the attached

pre-casting sheet which outlines casting and photo shoot expectations.

Please forward this on to families who may potentially be interested. We ask

that all individuals and parent(s)/guardian(s) of any child to be considered

please do the following by June 10th:

Look over the expectations to ensure the individual or child will be

comfortable with both the casting and potential future photo shoot

experiences.

Fill out the casting sheet electronically if possible.

E-mail it back to SpecialNeeds.Casting@... along with an attached

photo no larger than 500K or 1/2MB.

If unable to respond electronically, call Lisha Odney at and

request a copy be mailed.

Potential models and their parent(s)/caregiver(s) will be invited via e-mail

or telephone and given a time slot in which to arrive, by June 17th.

Specific, logistical information will be given at that time.

Thank you for your partnership as we take our Special Needs Casting to New

York. We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to an

enjoyable, successful experience for all.

Sincerely,

Lisha Odney
