Guest guest
Hi, Everyone....Amy.....if you feel guilty about Asher watching so much TV, turn on the Closed Caption and show him the words to read by. Can't hurt any.....that is how Gareth picked up so many sight words. Don't assume because he's non-verbal that he can't read......that is soooooooooooo wrong!!! Our kids aren't brainless.......we just have to find the right path inside. Take care, Everyone. Margaret
Guest guest
Amy: I agree with Margaret 100%. Tori slid BIG TIME between the ages of 3-5. We didn't notice the smaller things, but the big ones kinda hit us in the face when they started to go. We didn't notice the little slips until later on. Guest guest
This is so good to know because I find that my daughter Amy really regressed between 3-5 and she is now starting to come back to us a little bit. I never really thought of it as regression though. Thank you for sharing that. It's always nice to hear that there are some more good things to come as I often find myself envisioning Amy to be the way she now in 10 years (just like Amy said) - in diapers, needing to be fed etc since Amy's milestones are met few and far between!!  Ali > > > Hi, Everyone....Amy....maybe Asher is still in the regression stage of his > autism?
