Did switching from SYNTROID to LEVOXYL cause any problems? We are on

Tricare for lIfe and MEdicare and my dh was approved for SYNTHROID since

switiching for people with thyroid issues doesn't always work. He got a

note from his endocrinologist.

Hi Sara, Kris here.

DJ was switched from Synthyroid (sp?) to Levoxyl (insurance reasons)with no

problems. Keeping in mind that his endocrine doc does blood tests. I admit to

have been nervous when this occurred, but so far no problems & it has been a

couple of years now.

Hi Sara,

I haven't noticed anything different about yet - it's been around 6 or 7

weeks. We do labs next week to check his levels...

I know his dosage will most likely change as he's really grown and gained

weight. Not chunky just thick - really strong legs!
