Verbal Communication

I know one of the first signs that something was going on with my

grandson was that before 2 years of age he was not doing any babbling

or talking. He never uttered " mama " or " dada " . Just with the last few

months ( he will soon be 4) he started talking...saying " Mama "

and " daddy " . But everything else he says is not very understandable.

I can understand him pretty well most of the time. Would anyone give

me an idea what it was like for your child regarding verbal

communication? There is also the issue of repetitive talking..the

same things over and over.
