Hey Liz et al,Sorry - that WAS unclear!

What I meant was to let the patient stay on the phase that he/she is reacting strongly to for as long as it's tolerable (by the patient, the family).  Then switch to the next phase.  i.e.  Dr. Abell suggested that there will always be one of the phases that evokes this type of reaction or aggravation (this is actually a sign that they are ready for the brain protocol).  So let's say they exhibit this reaction during phase 2.  Stay with phase 2 as long as they can tolerate it (even if that's just 1 day).  Then stop and move on to phase 3 (or back to phase 1 if only doing the first two phases), rotating through phases for 1 week each.
