When does HIV+ become AIDS???

Nowadays those whom are HIV infected are living longer

with the help of new medications, when does HIV+

become AIDS? This is a question .

1. Having no T-Cell consider having AIDS?

2. Resistant to new medications?

3. Or as stated below by ? No punt intended
