I have reg kefir grains I use with raw milk, what is the difference ?? Thanks, on another note, how can I ship a scobi to Arizona?? I have tried my dairy kefir grains in water recipes before and didn't have great luck. The product generally didn't taste good and the grains would die after a few weeks of use in water recipes.
