Guest guest
Klara, It's great you're exploring this again for yourself and troubleshooting how you can self develop. I realize that reading a book might not be the solution for everyone, so thanks for considering it. The reason I love that book is b/c it focuses on women's special, unique, innate intuition that we have been talked out of (nothing about how we " should " look, but rather about the emotional aspects of food in a person's life). When I read that book, my entire mind was changed and I was able to be a lot gentler with myself. I can really relate to your feelings. When living in Japan, I was eating and drinking (a lot) at night too, and had to really work to refocus my mind and emotions to be more mindful. Remembering the stories told in the book has been and continues to be helpful in my life. I'm sure you'll be able to work it all out. , thank you for the graph and book idea. But as I may have mentioned often, Order is not one of my strong points - I'm working on it - one of the reasons I am attracted to mb is because I work on intuition and flexibility rather than make lists. Perhaps I am not such a believer as I thought I was, part of me does recognize food affects moods, etc, but part of me says that's too simple and lots of other factors involved - and bigger part of me is just too lazy to get that orderly, and just happy to have anything in the mb realm to eat - tho do try to follow basic mb grain/little bean/vegetables.
