If you are near the Toronto area, I would suggest trying the Big Carrot on

Danforth Ave. in Greek town. They are the biggest herbal dispensary that I know

of and have a lot of stuff.

In Scarborough, I have gone to the Herb Store. (That is what it is called) and

even if he doesn't have what you are looking for, he is usually willing to order

it for you. Very customer focussed.

If you are seeing Inositol mixed with other things, you are probably looking at

digestive aids or vitamins. It is something your body uses to help digest fats.

I am not sure what that has to do with OCD but obviously something.

I am not as familiar with online pharmacies, especially in Canada. I would

suggest directly ordering it from an herbal supplier. More trustworthy. St.

Francis Herb Farm is a good one. They are in Ontario somewhere.
